Delete your NR.TCG account
You can delete your NR.TCG account and everything stored with it in the cloud at any time, from the app or by writing to us.

From the app
1. Open NR.TCG and go to Settings › Account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm twice. You need to be signed in and connected to the internet.
The account is deleted straight away. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the app's access to your Apple ID.
If you no longer have the app
Write to the contact address below from the email address of your account (if you signed in with Google or Apple, the email linked to that account) with the subject "Delete my NR.TCG account". We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm it by email.
What is deleted
Your account and everything stored with it in the cloud: email address, sign-in method, your folder (acquisition costs included), your wishlist and your preferences. Your devices are also unlinked from notifications.
What is not deleted
What is saved on a device stays there until you delete the app or sign out. Crash reports and, if you accepted analytics, usage statistics are not linked to your account and are deleted automatically when the provider's retention period ends.
